Terms and Conditions:
- All posts will be filled as per the provincial quota.
- General age relaxation of 05 years will be applicable to all candidates as per Govt. Rules.
- Further relaxation in the upper age limit is also allowed for the following categories of candidates:
- By three years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Northern Areas.
- By three years for candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-15 and below under the Federal Government.
- By fifteen years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less, for Released or personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
- By ten years up to the age of 55 years for in-service Government servants who have completed 2 years continuous Government service on the closing date for receipt of applications.
- By ten years for disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS-15 and below.
- By five years for a widow, son, or daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service.
- Persons in Government Service shall provide NOC at the time of the Interview.
- Original testimonials along with an attested copy of CNIC, educational certificates, Degrees, Experience Certificates, Certificates of Trainings/Courses, and other supporting documents must be produced at the time of the interview or when asked.
- Part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee positions will not be considered/continued as experience.
- Appointments will be on a contract basis for one year, extendable on satisfactory completion for another one year or till the completion of FPSC recruitment process whichever is earlier. In case of unsatisfactory performance, service can be terminated within 15 days' prior notice.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.
- The contract appointment will be terminated on completion of 2 years or arrival of the permanent incumbent recommended by FPSC. (Whichever is earlier).
- 2% Disabled quota as per Govt. Policy will be observed.
- The last date and time for closing of applications are Monday, 6th May 2024. Applications shall not be accepted after the closing date.
- The department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase/decrease the number of posts as per recruitment against any post at any stage without assigning any reasons.
